Did not except Mexican food on New Years Eve in South Carolina but this is where we ended up and it did not disappoint. The salsa bar was amazing, shrimp tacos were very good but the chili relleno was on point! Felt like we were back in California. We will be back for sure.
Food was great! The salsa served with chips was really good ... just the right amount of spice! I had Peluza with chicken; hubby had enchilada supreme! Both of us had to bring home a box! Service was exceptional! Angel was very attentive and personable! We will be back!
Went for the lunch buffet. Taco meat was good and not greasy. The fajita beef and chicken with peppers and onions were pretty good as well. My companion said the tamales were delicious. The chicken in the burrito was very moist, and the rice and beans were tasty. There was a choice of both hard and soft shells, and the other bar had salsas and sauces. Adding pickled onions to the richer items was a wonderful taste and texture idea. Having queso and guacamole available, even if side cups brought to the table, was what was missing from an overall very good experience. Server was good and kept plates cleared and drinks filled.

Walked in and was sat right way. Big place for large groups Very quick service. Good drinks for a decent price with daily specials. Food was solid. Will definitely be going back when I'm back in town.
This place is one of the best kept secrets in Surfside Beach... great food and friendly service. Not a chain restaurant. The owner often will stop and talk with you. Makes you feel like family. Love this place...!!!
3.10.23 Highly recommend the carne asada platter, flan, and queso fundido. Server was great. The landscaping was beautiful with a lovely pond and bridge as well as patio seating. Ample seating inside and a bar. Hubby enjoyed the vibe and happy hour drink specials. He also liked the warm, fresh chips and salsa because it wasn't super thick. Plans to bring his buddies during their annual golf trips.
